How do I update my billing information or make a payment?

To update your payment method through the app, go to Profile > Billing Information > Add New Payment Method. TO pay a balance due, go to Profile > Billing Information > Make a Payment. 

Online Member Portal: 

  • Log into your account through our Online Member Portal. Go to Profile > Billing Information > Add New Payment Method 
  • To pay a balance due, go to Profile > Billing Information > Make a Payment. 

*Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed and posted to your account.


App:

  • Log into your account through our App. Go to Profile > Scroll down to ‘My Payment Method’ > Manage > Tap the ‘Pencil’ icon on the visible card. 
  • To pay a balance due, go to Profile > Scroll down > Tap ‘Pay Now’
